This pasta is creamy, cheesy and little spicy. Plus it is super easy to make.
Crock Pot Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 16 ounces linguine noodles
- In a crock pot add the chicken, broth, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper.
- Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken in chunks and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred.
- Add the remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and stir to mix well.
- In a small bowl whisk together the corn starch and water. Add the mixture to the crock pot and whisk until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Break the noodles in half and place them in the crock pot making sure they are in an even layer and mostly covered in liquid.
- Place the shredded chicken on top of the noodles.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on high for30-60 minutes or until the noodles are cooked, stirring 3-4 times during cooking time.
- If the liquid is all absorbed before the noodles are done cooking add 1/4 cup chicken broth at a time until the noodles are done.

Notes:
To reheat this pasta, add a little bit of chicken broth or water to the pasta before reheating.
